Amazing job done by the team at VAULT.Andy and Dan picked up our entire house and carefully packed it all into their truck with expert precision. Although it was a cracking hot day and the driveway couldn’t accommodate the truck, the boys didn’t complain once and worked like troopers.On the other end, it was again like an oiled machine. After an 8 hour drive with kids, we were exhausted and needing some escape, and the team in Coffs unloaded with care and efficiency.Kane, Phil, Josh, Darky, Lewis, Tyson and Dave all broke themselves to ensure we had everything where we wanted it. And although they moved close to 90 cubic meters, it was all done in three hours with consideration, care and smiles all round.I couldn’t recommend VAULT enough. Would 100% recommend this service and will be only using this company in the future. Kane, Lewis, and Tyson were my removalists and they did an amazing job and would love to book them for future moves. They were super careful with my books (ungodly amount) and all my plants as well. Moved everything into a two story house and up very steep stairs, and managed it without any troubles. Very friendly and very quick at the job. Awesome service.I have used other removalists over the years, but none come close to the professionalism of Vault from the team in the office to those carrying out the removal. Kane & Sean made the move seem so easy after stressing for weeks before if everything was going to go as planned. Nothing was too difficult, and they carried out the packing of my belongings into the modules with care, ease and a smile. The modules used by Vault are a great innovation as it allows packing of belongings only once, placing into storage and then unloading at the new address avoiding multiple handling and consequent damage. My neighbour was so impressed they will be contacting Vault for their move in the near future. Take the stress out of moving don't do it yourself, contact the professionals at Vault, I will be next time.

The guys who picked up our thing were there at 7am, got everything loaded quickly and securely. The guys who dropped off, Kenny and Brett were professional and all our things were put in the right places and rooms (upstairs and downstairs). They were all great for a chat as well! Highly recommend using Vault to get your items to your destination in a timely manner - turn around was Friday to Tuesday which gave us time to get from Wagga to QLD.

The boys from Vault Moving & Storage made our move easy and painless, the opposite of our usual moving experience. Everyone we had to deal with from start to finish was super friendly and helpful. Phil was both efficient and careful with packing our stuff in Sydney. The vaults are an awesome system, once our stuff was safely packed away it was dropped off at the storage facility in Coffs Harbour only to be opened again by us upon moving to our new place. The team onsite in Coffs Harbour (I think Daniel was one of the names) were amazing and cooperative with helping us gain access to our containers to unpack. These fellas are definitely 5 star. Rob and Sean were so friendly and kind to this old lady who was really struggling with the stress of moving house again. Professional and worked like Spartans (wouldn’t even let me feed them). I will use Vault again. Sam(the boss) did a surprise drop in during the job and caught the fellas doing awesome work. I am impressed that they were able to access local people in both pick up and drop off locations at a moments notice to help out and make the job go quicker, who were also polite, hardworking and all together lovely. We used Sam and the Vault team in late 2021 to move home. Having moved/relocated with our work no less than 8 times in the past 20 years, we know what excellent service is for this space.Sam and his team respectfully purchased a popular, multi-generation local business, refreshed, improved and continues to expand it. He's enhanced moving capability and storage facilities in our region dramatically. Sam tackled this, at a very uncertain time for a small business and based on what we see on the streets, it has been an outstanding success. Sam is a legend. Very professional and allowed multiple options for relocation. Hourly rate or carton packing prices. Work moves me around a lot and I was very happy with how they moved us, well above the service of others. Prices were also very decent. Definitely recommend them.

I can not say enough about the vault team. They looked after us on an interstate move so well. The team that was allocated to us were magic. Kind, funny, responsive to a point a point where I was trying to poach them to work for me. A small insurance claim was dealt with, swiftly and easily. Some things don’t transport well and the team were so remorseful when my item arrived damaged. This definitely wasn’t through any poor management by the team, these things happen and it’s the follow up and the care taken to replace the item that makes Vault an amazing business.

I got Sam and the crew to move a very bulky and delicate item from in town to my home outside of Coffs. Everything was transported on time and everything was intact on arrival. This was the first time I have used these guys under their new ownership and I felt like everything was just as good as it was under the previous ownership.

With hree houses, shed and seperate gym on the property we were worried about the move to storage until our new home is built. Sam and his friendly efficient team made it easy for us. Hi, sold my home and called on Sam to give me a quote to remove and store my goods. It was very reasonably priced so went ahead. They turned up on time, I was caught short on packing time so they helped pack up my remaining goods at a reasonable price. After my friends house is packed up too they'll drive the two households up to Hervey Bay and unpack them into our new home. Again the prices are very reasonable. They are friendly, helpful and punctual and based on my experience so far I would recommend Sam and his crew to do your job.

Sam was great! Solid quoting process. Creative problem solving skills that gave us options on costs and was a great manager of his team. The team spent a day and half packing us up in the Coffs area, and helped us coordinate a second pickup in Sydney and 2 drop off spots in Sydney. Everything ended up where it was supposed to end up! Nothing was broken. There is not a single reason to not use CHR&S! Give them a call!!!

Very impressed with the end to end service from Coffs. Sam, Connie and the moving team were all absolutely fabulous. I have done 5 international moves and numerous local moves in my day and these guys were one of the absolute BEST! Success always starts with the initial contact and Connie and the office team were outstanding and provided assurance and confidence that they could execute our move from Dee Why to Evans Head working perfectly with our schedule. They make regular trips to Sydney and beyond even though they are headquartered in Coffs. They were incredibly communicative through the whole process and lead up to the move and worked with us on delivery times and even owner Sam came out personally to ensure everything went smoothly! The guys on the ground were friendly and professional...salt of the earth...and took great care, even through some of it was only IKEA, they treated it like treasured heirlooms. I couldn't say enough good things about the whole experience and highly recommend these guys for Sydney moves and beyond!

Having used removalists and transport companies at least 6 times over the past 15 years, finding a great one, is something you should share with others as they can make your life so much easier when moving, especially with children.John, Connie and the team at Coffs Harbour Relocations and Storage absolutely nailed the whole offering. We moved from Sydney to the Coffs Coast three months ago and we could not have been happier with the service. John gave me two quotes, one for move and storage on their own premises (should we not find a suitable home before the move date) and a quote to go direct to our new home, should we have found it.We ordered their largest truck just hoping, without real confidence, they could fit our five bedroom home into it. Upon arrival, John’s team assessed the large load and noted it was likely to be tight, but they would fit it all in. It is indeed a great skill to be able to load everything so efficiently and to give the customer such an assurance. Indeed, he was spot on, very little to spare, but all in. To then have it so neatly unpacked at our new home at the other end, was just a bonus and a continuation of the great service offering.Thank you John and team for an excellent result.
